The Western Societies do not have any ill feelings or intentions or designs toward Russian people. Russians are good people, talented, hard working, disciplined. Russia would be genuinely welcomed into the Western civilization and culture where it belonged for centuries.
Step away from the historical abyss:
Cleanse Russian body politic, economic and social life from the pervasive and perverse criminal mentality, traditions and ways of operating and (dis)functioning. This is its socio-historical cancer, which grew from the past conquests, oppression and slavery, it suffocates and strangles the country and its development, it has to be excised to achieve health and to function productively.
Stop the war in Ukraine, recognize its sovereignty in its Eastern regions (offer those who do not want to accept it to relocate and live in Russia). Ukraine is not your "kholop" or servant, do not interfere with her right to choose her own political orientation and alliances.
Work out politically negotiated (not militarily enforced) joint governing in Crimea with Ukraine. Turn the crisis into the opportunity, make Crimea a showcase of international cooperation, attract investments, make it a base for the joint military presence with NATO, there is nothing to fear there, only to gain. The old, outdated, narrow-minded, misguided stereotypes and fears have to be discarded, the new, forward looking, strategic thinking has to be welcomed and implemented.
Cease all overt and covert anti-Western actions and propaganda. These anti-Western fears and defensiveness acquired some pathological, irrational dimensions (probably personally motivated). Do not cultivate and exploit these sentiments in Russian society for your short term political purposes and advantages, educate the people and tell them the objective truth.
Plug in and participate in the fights against the real threats and dangers: the hydra of terrorism, the scourges of drugs and human trafficking, infections and poverty.
Encourage and facilitate the historical reconciliation and reunification of Christian Churches and establishing the alliances and asserting common ethical values within the Abrahamic religions.
Rise up to these challenges and tall goals, think broader, act wiser.
