Analyze This: Obama As The Unsurpassed Master Of The Cat's Paw Arts

Obama is the unsurpassed master of the Cat's Paw Arts. He apparently learned them early in his life: to use the others skillfully and "sweetly" to survive and advance, personally and politically.
But aren't we all? And aren't all the successful politicians?
Yes and no. There is a line somewhere there. With Obama, it looks like this is his major modus operandi; he elevated or descended this skill to the level of high (or law) art.
Many have the impression that Obama's goal is to turn America into the third world and the third rate country, spiritually, morally and politically: the operation of Obama-nation, obamination, the irreversible degradation of America into a "cool nerdy non-culture" and sick dying society - this is the definition of his and his supporters' "transformation" of America. His main agenda is without a doubt the domestic one. He gladly "outsources" and subcontracts ("farms out", as they like to say these days) the foreign affairs (with obvious disdain, disgust and aversion) to others: e.g. Ukraine to the Europeans and Germans (for him Ukraine still is, indeed, Russia's "client state", a "tell" - Freudian slip: "the client of my secret ally is not my client"), Middle East to Russians and Iranians (the same logic applies).
Many also have the impression that Obama is a joint Russian-Chinese-Iranian project. Some argue that it is entirely "Chinese", and strictly in New York dialect sense.
Hopefully, the history and the future historians, armed with the facts and documents, will shed some light on this subject. Now we have to rely, for the most part, on connecting the dots of the recent events.
Who does what: does Putin try to destroy America with Obama's help, or does Obama try to destroy America with Putin's help? Probably both, in a synchronous symbiotic strategies, tactics, fashion and actions.
Who is next for Putin as his cat's paw? Sanders or Trump? Either one would do, it does not matter to him if it is right or left, as long as they could serve as his "useful idiots".
It is Hillary he fears. Was the possible Russia's (and/or others) role in orchestrating the e-mails "scandal" (or rather, non-scandal) properly investigated?
The return of Hillary and Bill would bring up the old painful memories for Putin, of Russia's humiliation and defeat in the Balkan wars of late 1990 -s, among others.
Hillary's connection with Obama administration is not more than skin deep, it seems to me, and largely symbolic. She has her own genuine substance and will have her own, independent and well thought out policies which will be good for America.
Obama is no change, said Bill Clinton. I would add, that Obama is (or already was) just a a new, pretty, colorful, novel label on the same bottle. The problem is that the bottle is empty, there is no wine in it, and if anything, just bitter and sour vinegar.
There is no love lost between Obama and US military and intelligence communities. This mutual antipathy and disdain are almost palpable. Obama cannot rely on his soldiers to carry his battles for him; they do not see it as  their battles, and on a deeper level they do not see any battles at all. And they are right: those (Middle Eastern, Afghani and other) disorders look more like the objects of local policing operations, failed due to the impotence and inadequacy of failed states unable to carry them out and to maintain internal stability. As for the international terrorist extensions of these disorders, look deeper and inspect the heart of the problem: their instigators, engineers and masters: Russia and her allies, China, Iran and others.
Demoralization and disorganization in these communities defy the virtues of capable and professional leadership. That is why Obama had to call for outside help: he dutifully delivered almost loving slap on Putin's wrist for his Ukrainian shenanigans via the gentle patrician fingers of John Kerry in Sochi, and subcontracted his next cat's paw - Russian airstrikes, to rid him of the interminable, alien, foreign Middle Eastern headache so he could continue his domestic agenda of social, political and cultural "transformation", which is all that matters to him.
"It seems obvious to say, but the Islamic State group, commonly known as ISIS or ISIL, will define the last year of the Obama administration. If the US and its allies are able to show tangible progress against the group, it could allow room for addressing other issues; if the fight bogs down, so too will Obama’s agenda in his last year."
At the same time Obama tries to play a role of International Psychiatrist-In-Chief to a mad Russian Tsar, trying to pacify him and to distract him from his delusional obsession of destroying and conquering the West. Delusions they might be, but no less dangerous than a reality, and probably even worse. In all fairness, it is not easy to deal with a world thug with a lot of power at his disposal. It is not easy to feel the responsibility for safety of your and other people every second.
But it is also natural to search for more efficient strategies and to ask questions.
Might a change of strategy to a series of well positioned electroshocks be more useful than gentle pinpricks in this hopeless case?
On his part, Putin, after delivering the subcontracted payload, now demands his payback: lifting of sanctions and a hike in oil prices. Not that fast, Vlad. We have another pair of cat's paws for you: the Europeans to deal with the sanctions and the Saudis to deal with the price of oil. And just in case we have a big Turkish cat's paw in waiting and another, smaller but the fast ones - cute Kurdish set of little cat's paws to counterweight the ugly Turkish one.
The sophisticated world chess game of the multiple sets of cat's, dog's, wolf's, jackal's and other God produced varieties of paws. We can use them all. The point is how to position them on the chessboard. That's the name of the game. And not too much troubles even with this: they readily and happily position themselves. It's hard not to be a winner with such a "catty-pawery" luck.
So how come that he loses all the time, and more than that and really unforgivable: he looks and smells like a loser?
Analyze this!
