M.N.: Prediction (Oh, something is itching inside of me, I want to scratch it so bad, just a bit...):

The early Presidential elections will be held in Russia in early 2017: the elites did weigh in with their voiceless, silent? (ah, Borisych?), and the most loyal protest. Putin will resign at the end of 2016. Ah, Vovchik? Fly over, we'll go fishing to Hudson river, you'll enjoy this more than with the Bushes; maybe, if we are lucky - not aw-aw!-Lackey - take a note; we'll catch a couple of some nice Western Pikes... I like that you listen to me sometimes; you should: I have no reasons to lie.

It will be the first truly competitive Presidential election in the history of Putin's Russia: Medvedev vs. Dyumin: "let the people decide!", and as an "example" to America: we have our orderly and civilized competitive elections, not like your "bardak".

Second prediction (already feels better now...): Medvedev will win (the "People Front" is behind him, Putin did help him to build his base). "People: we don't really want just another careerist, very questionable administrator-governor, and the future military dictator, who was just booted out of the military intelligence". (Nice job, Mr. Igor 2 Korobov, I like you, you look like a very intelligent and decent man, and probably a baptist, too, which helps: The Guy Upstairs himself is your boss. I think, you can be a good, honest, professional, reliable friend and partner to your future American counterpart - take a note, guys. And thank you for your concerns, do not worry, things tend to work out by themselves, as always.)

We are entering the new "very interesting period". The Chinese are in panic with this "curse", but we should be happy: the Western mentality, including the Russian one - it is on the fringes of it but definitely is a part of it, (and apparently, including some Mountain Jewish one too, as the very rare and weird exception), embraces change; the Oedipal revolutions are soft and bloodless - "civilized", we do not need to castrate the fathers, we just give them comfortable, well-deserved retirement, in the semi-neglected semi-oblivion, without the excessive "damnatio memoriae", the favorite historical device of the Romans and the Gori seminarian. We simply do not care much, the life and the show must go on...

Adieu, friends.

Начальник Генерального штаба Вооружённых Сил Валерий Герасимов на совещании с руководящим составом Министерства обороны России, федеральных ведомств и предприятий ОПК.

M.N.: Mr. Gerasimov makes the impression of the very intelligent, very strong willed and determined man. He also looks like he does possess a certain degree of flexibility which is a "must have" trait of many high positioned military men. He also looks like he is in the process of deep thinking and reassessment. I have a subjective feeling that he will be able to come up with the most rational and appropriate decision.
