The dramatic deaths — of a man and a predator — shocked residents of Georgia three days after flooding destroyed Tbilisi’s zoo and killed 12 people. A day before Wednesday’s events, officials had said all the animals at the zoo were accounted for, and volunteers swarmed the area to do cleanup.
