US Intelligence Officer: “Every Single Terrorist Attack In US Was A False Flag Attack”
Apart from documents that have outlined supposed terrorist threats, like Al-Qaeda, and their connection to US intelligence agencies, like the CIA, there are a number of whistleblowers that have come out adding more fuel to the fire. Because not many are even aware of these documents, letting people know about a truth that can be hard for people to accept, let alone ponder the possibility is very important. It’s just one aspect of the veil that’s been blinding the masses for quite some time now.
The latest whistleblower is David Steele, a 20-year Marine Corps intelligence officer, and the second-highest-ranking civilian in the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence. He is a former CIA clandestine services case officer, and this is what he had to say:
“Most terrorists are false flag terrorists, or are created by our own security services. In the United States, every single terrorist incident we have had has been a false flag, or has been an informant pushed on by the FBI. In fact, we now have citizens taking out restraining orders against FBI informants that are trying to incite terrorism. We’ve become a lunatic asylum.”
What Is A “False Flag Attack?”
A great example of a false flag attack is 9/11, something that many people believe to be a creation of US intelligence agencies, or some entity above the government (one that controls what Eisenhower called “the military industrial complex”). The idea is that these so called terrorist attacks are created by this group, in order to justify the infiltration of other countries, and to justify a heightened state of “national security.” As a result, in the eyes of the citizenry, war and mass murder are justified, when the intentions behind these actions are something the citizenry has no idea about. This is why we see a false sense of patriotism programmed into many people, especially in the United States. Men and women join this massive military machine with good hearts, thinking that they are serving their country and fighting terrorism, when they are doing the complete opposite. They are only participating in a fabricated war based on lies and misinformation.
“The truth is, there is no Islamic army or terrorist group called Al-Qaeda, and any informed intelligence officer knows this. But, there is a propaganda campaign to make the public believe in the presence of an intensified entity representing the ‘devil’ only in order to drive TV watchers to accept a unified international leadership for a war against terrorism. The country behind this propaganda is the United States.” – Former British Foreign Secretary, Robin Cook
Today, we might be seeing the same thing with ISIS. Although there are no verified documents like there are when it comes to Al-Qaeda, given what that information shows us, combined with Wikileaks documents and statements from insiders, we could be looking at the same thing.
Not long ago, FBI whistleblower stated that:
“The US is reviving terror scare with ISIS to promote the terror war industry.”

Pakistan, Afghanistan Sign Accord to Share Intelligenceby webdesk@voanews.com (Associated Press)
The spy agencies of Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to share intelligence and carry out “coordinated intelligence operations” against militants operating along their porous border, in the latest sign of improved relations following years of mistrust that undermined the fight against the Taliban. Pakistan's army spokesman Maj. Gen. Asim Saleem Bajwa announced the signing of the Memoranda of Understanding between Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence and Afghanistan's National Directorate of Security in a Twitter post late Monday. Bajwa did not say when the accord was signed. The announcement came days after Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, along with the country's army chief and the head of the ISI, visited Kabul to step up cooperation in the fight against militants. Pakistan and Afghanistan have long accused each other of sheltering militants, but relations have improved since Afghan President Ashraf Ghani assumed power last September. An attack on a military-run school in Pakistan in December in which Taliban gunmen killed scores of people, mainly children, seems to have hastened the movement toward greater cooperation. Both sides have toned down their rhetoric in recent months, and Ghani has sought to reassure Pakistan that Kabul is not working with its archrival India to undermine its interests. Considerable mistrust remains, and several Afghan lawmakers have criticized the intelligence agreement. Ahmad Shah Ramazan, a lawmaker from northern Balkh province, called the deal “anti-Afghan.” “Pakistan is the enemy of Afghanistan, and such an agreement with Pakistan will never be for the benefit of Afghanistan,” he said. “When it is put before the parliament for approval, it will be strongly rejected,” he said.

NATO Chief Meets Russia’s Lavrov, Urges Ukraine Withdrawalby webdesk@voanews.com (Associated Press)
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and Russia's foreign minister met Tuesday for the first time in three months, and Stoltenberg said he restated the “very strong NATO position” against Moscow's annexation of Crimea and its support for rebels in eastern Ukraine. Speaking later to journalists, Stoltenberg said he called on the Russians to withdraw their forces from Ukraine and to stop backing the armed insurgency in that country's east. Moscow flatly denies Western accusations it is aiding or supplying anti-government forces in Ukraine. Before the meeting in Brussels, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he would “listen to what they tell us,” but placed the blame on NATO for the worsening of relations with his government since the onset of the Ukraine crisis. “We never walk away from contacts,” said Lavrov. It was the first meeting between the alliance chief and Russia's top diplomat since talks in Munich in February. Stoltenberg said he also pushed the case for “more transparency and predictability” in future Russian military activities. He said NATO is concerned about the large number of military exercises conducted by the Russians on short notice. He said it was important to make sure that incidents did not occur which could “spiral out of control.” The NATO chief said he also pointed out to Lavrov that the military-to-military channel of communications remains open between the alliance and Russia. NATO accuses Russia of backing the pro-Moscow rebels in Ukraine's east, and relations between the alliance and Russia have dropped to their lowest point since the Cold War.

US Official: Ukraine Cease-fire Being Violated 'Daily'by webdesk@voanews.com (VOA News)

The U.S.-led coalition pounded the forces of the Islamic State in Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) over the weekend near the Iraqi city of Ramadi but that didn’t stop them from taking the city.
On Sunday videos appeared that seemed to show Iraqi soldiers clinging to the sides of vehicles speeding out of Ramadi as ISIS moved in. The black flag of ISIS now flies over the capital of Anbar, one of Iraq’s largest provinces.
“ISIS is still a very potent force,” says Kenneth M. Pollack, a specialist in Middle East political-military affairs and a former CIA analyst.
It’s a clear sign that Iraq’s national forces aren’t ready to take on ISIS despite U.S. training and support and that Sunnis still have little faith in the
Shi’ite-dominated government in Baghdad. The government has now called on the
Shi’ite militias to help re-take Ramadi, which could further alienate Sunnis in the city, if the militias harm local people.

Shi’ite militias to help re-take Ramadi, which could further alienate Sunnis in the city, if the militias harm local people.
“The central government is accountable and is responsible for the ISIS occupation of [Ramadi] because they did not answer our demands,” says Suleiman al-Kubaisi, a spokesperson for Anbar’s provincial council. “They did not send reinforcements — neither ammunition or weapons.”
Ramadi and Anbar province was a battleground between 2003 and 2006 as the Sunnis including al-Qaeda in Iraq, the forerunner of ISIS, took on U.S.-led coalition forces.
After Iraqi forces, flanked with thousands of mostly Iranian-backed

“Tirkit was not like Stalingrad,” says Pollack. He says the U.S. needs to make a greater investment in Iraqi ground operations. “We knew all along this was not a war that could be won with air power alone.”
Since Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi took over from Nuri al-Maliki last year, he has been promising reforms for the disaffected Sunni population, but little has changed. “We are waiting, and as we were waiting, Ramadi fell,” says Alaa Makki, a former Sunni member of the Iraqi parliament and senior advisor to the government.
Key to defeating ISIS is getting Iraqi Sunnis to fight with government, but Baghdad has not persuaded them that they are serious. “You’ve got to show the Sunnis that the future of Iraq — the one that they are fighting for — is one that to them is going to be worth fighting for,” says Pollack.
While billions of dollars have been put into military operations against ISIS, little has been invested in political change that could end the sense of marginalization felt by Sunnis and in turn, possibly unite them against ISIS. “There should be real reconciliation among the Iraqis… whatever we bring in forces and weapons won’t matter without a political agreement,” says Makki. “If they continue like this, it’s likely that Baghdad could fall.”

Analysts: US Airstrikes,Targeted Raids not Enough to Defeat ISIS by webdesk@voanews.com (Sharon Behn)
Iraq experts warn that unless the United States works to have Sunni Iraqis take up arms against the Islamic State militant group, Washington’s policy of airstrikes and targeted raids will do nothing but slow the country’s collapse into crippling sectarian warfare. Faced with a similar situation less than a decade ago, the U.S. military vetted 90,000 Sunni males to fight against al-Qaida in Iraq, the predecessor of the Islamic State group. The “surge” as it was known, pushed back al-Qaida,...
On Monday, eight new job openings for “religious functionaries” tasked with “carrying out the death sentence according to Islamic Shari’a after it is ordered by a legal ruling” appeared on the website of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Civil Service.
Capital punishment is administered for crimes like murder, rape, adultery, witchcraft and drug offenses in the Islamic kingdom, which is currently witnessing an uptick in beheadings under Saudi Arabia’s new King Salman, the New York Times reports.
In 2015, the pace of executions accelerated to 85 in just a few months — already set to eclipse last year’s total of 88 beheadings. It is not clear why there has been a sharp increase, but new judges have swiftly been plowing through a case backlog, according to Reuters.
The vacancies do not specify educational credentials or required skills, but the executioners are ideally adroit swordsmen, as the most common execution implement is a curved scimitar.
