M.N.: Make no mistake: the U.S.A., the Free World and the whole Western Civilization are in a state of war. Call it silent or secret, invisible (almost), hybrid, intelligence war; by any other name this war is very real, deadly and brutal, like any other war. This war was started by the arch-criminal masquerading as a politician, V. Putin and his criminal ruling clique and is treacherously aided by a leftist black nationalist (the fact as it is, in my humble opinion, with all due respect to all races and without a hint of racism), Barak Obama. The situation is very critical, probably the most critical in the history of this country and the West, more critical than during the Cold War. Do not lull yourselves into complacency, get rid of the domestic threat, by all and strictly legal means (America is still strong enough for this type of civil and civilized interactions with "authority"), and deal with the foreign enemies: smartly, with determination, resolve and very clear understanding of the situation and its dangers, and on all fronts, including political and information warfare. America is in danger! Start with the first of many steps, even if it sounds improbable and impossible: Impeach Obama NOW!

And until this happens, uncover, expose, oppose and counteract his policies and politics, his every political move, the destructive, divisive, self-serving and treacherous nature of this rule of hypocritical, duplicitous, insecure and vindictive "American Dictator"; and if it is not done, the risk of quasi-fascist "transformation" of this country and possibly the World is very real and maybe even imminent. And this, again, is my opinion, whatever it is worth; and I do and will express it freely. Thought will never be censured and it never was, by any "thought police".

Impeach Obama NOW!

All that's required for this to happen is for enough Republicans in Congress who have not been misled or intimidated by the media, the Democrats, or their own leadership about Obama's treasonable actions — or who are not in denial — to speak out plainly and forcefully in favor of impeachment and removal NOW.

November 12, 2014
Stephen Stone, RenewAmerica President

[Updated Nov. 22, 2014]

Shortly after communist-mentored Barack Obama was elected to the White House in 2008, I asked a brother at a family gathering, "Who's going to be president of the United States in 20 years?" Without hesitating, he said, "Barack Obama."

More informed than most people I'd asked, he instantly got the drift of my question.

As I was thinking through the implications of the de facto communist coup that precipitated the question, however, I was struck with a realization that gave me some degree of hope in the face of our nation's heightened peril.

Although no major communist strongman in the world's history had ever walked away from ultimate power on his own, I noted that the USA was unlike any other country in its heritage of constitutional self-governance — and it would be interesting to see how well the charismatic, deceptive Marxist just elected would do in forcing his promised "transformation" (writ: destruction) of our country down the throats of unsuspecting Americans.

I foresaw an unprecedented cultural clash that in time could well disprove Hegel and Marx's naive vision of history, with the U.S. refusing to ingest the Machiavellian fare of Mr. Obama and his minions and instead convulsively regurgitating it up.

The 2014 midterms resoundingly confirmed my suspicions. After six tumultuous years of lawless deception and anti-American deceit, the doctrinaire community organizer was repudiated in shocking fashion by the American public.

No mas, as Sarah Palin would say.

Which brings us to the crucial question: What do the American people want to do with this opportunity?

Most dangerous time in 150 years

The midterm election unquestionably showed that most Americans want Obama stopped, not appeased. Yet Republican congressional leaders like presumptive Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner appear not to have gotten the message. They think the election was about them — not about Barack Obama.

Both have indicated they plan to "work with" Obama to "govern" jointly. This, despite the president'sdefiant words that he will not change course nor back down from his radical agenda.

The only way Republicans will govern jointly in the face of such intransigence is to willfully capitulate to the president's demands. That's not what voters elected them to do in sweeping Obama's collaborators out of office. They want the GOP to stand firm and put an end to Obama's inroads — not cooperate with him in furthering his anti-American purposes.

Somebody needs to wake up the dreamers in the GOP leadership. Have them read Washington Times columnist Charles Hurt's recent article "America faces most dangerous two years in 150 years."

The fact is, while voters — by the grace of God — gave our country a historic reprieve from deliberate ruin at the hands of the tyrant in the White House, if congressional leaders ignore the will of the people and instead push the GOP's presidential aspirations in 2016 ahead of corralling Obama, the momentous election just passed will be wasted — and not only will Republicans face a backlash in 2016, and with it the loss of the House, the Senate, and any presidential aspirations they may hold, but our country's lawless transformation could soon afterward be all but complete and unstoppable.

Future generations will look back on the current GOP leadership with contempt — naming names.

This is it, folks. This is likely our last providential opportunity to stop the Marxist transformation that Obama and his anti-American cohorts seek to force, cleverly and deceitfully, upon our nation.

"Impeach me if you can"

For months, Obama has dared Republicans to hold him to account for his open disdain for the Constitution by impeaching him. Understandably, Republicans have been reluctant to take the president up on his dare as long as the Democrats controlled the Senate and could easily block conviction and removal.

That response is no longer valid now that the GOP controls both houses of Congress — and also in view of Democrats' public distancing of themselves from Obama during the midterms, revealing disaffection with the man and his policies, reinforced by similar disaffection by many in the media, some of whom say Obama is "more dangerous to the media" than any president in history. (Seeherehere, and here.)

Republicans are thus without excuse if they don't take the current opportunity to put a timely end to Obama's dangerous, repeated dereliction of duty and abuse of authority, before he does our nation further harm.

How soon before Congress should begin impeachment hearings?

In August, I wrote,
Regarding [the] timing of [impeachment], many who support impeaching Obama are waiting to see if the GOP takes control of the Senate Nov. 4 before they weigh in openly in support of impeachment. This way of looking at the matter is consistent with what Ambassador Alan Keyes has written: we must elect an "impeachment Congress" this fall so we will have a better chance of removing Obama than we have right now.

This practical consideration suggests at least two things: (1) the number of [GOP House and Senate members] who support impeaching Obama is likely much higher than current estimates, and (2) those running for election to the House or Senate this season are being counted on by the conservative base of the GOP to honor their sworn oath to defend the Constitution against the likes of Obama if they are elected.

As far as timing goes, the optimum timetable — considering how lawless Obama has increasingly become — would be for impeachment hearings to begin in the House immediately after the election, and for Obama's trial to begin not long after a new Senate convenes in January 2015.
No matter the exact timing, it should come reasonably soon. The longer Congress waits, the more mischief Obama will predictably do, placing our nation's security, solvency, and well-being at even greater risk.

The sole remedy

The president's "executive amnesty" (which, now imposed, will be impossible to undo), his reckless endangering of our nation through opening wide our borders, his infamous trading of dangerous Taliban commanders for a U.S. deserter in Afghanistan, his obvious scheme to allow Iran to have the bomb, his treasonous arming of Jihadists in the Middle East (including ISIS), his treacherous ties to terrorist sponsor the Muslim Brotherhood, his deceitful cover-up of Benghazi, his illegal Fast and Furious gunrunning scheme — these and other unAmerican or derelict actions make impeachment an increasingly urgent imperative.

No longer can the GOP simply rattle sabers and issue empty words while failing to invoke the Constitution's sole remedyto stopping the dangerous, lawless behavior we are witnessing almost daily in Mr. Obama, that being impeachment and removal.

CNN lied

Before saying another word, let me take a moment to debunk a widely circulated media myth regarding impeachment.

Last July, CNN ran a poll that falsely claimed two-thirds of Americans oppose impeachment. The claim was based on demonstrably flawed data meant purposely (it would appear) to defuse the growing grassroots impeachment drive.

Given the favorable response of both parties and the media to the bogus poll, the poll seemed to work. It had the effect of shutting down nearly all serious talk of impeachment from that point on, even in the conservative media.

Obviously, if two-thirds of the country are opposed to impeaching Obama, there is little point in pursuing it.

Just days before the CNN poll was conducted, the Huffington Post released its own impeachment poll — a more reliable measurement that showed an overwhelming majority of Americans DO NOT OPPOSE IMPEACHMENT.

According to the HuffPost poll, 44 percent oppose impeachment, 33 percent support it, and 21 areunopposed — for a total of 56 percent either supporting impeachment or having no firm opposition to it.

(We might add that a large number of the 21 percent who were reported as unopposed would now likely support impeachment — since Obama has continued to push his lawless agenda without letting up, even announcing he will go further now the midterms are over.)

In any case, there's no reliable data showing that two-thirds of the public oppose impeaching the lawless inhabitant of the White House, and there never was. The clever CNN poll was merely an attempt to counter the HuffPost poll with false methods and false data, and it arrived at its exaggerated number by counting those who had no strong opinion on impeachment as firmly opposing it. If you take the 44 percent HuffPost found to be opposed to impeachment and add the 21 percent it found unopposed ("not sure"), you get exactly the 65 percent CNN reported as firmly "opposed."

That's sheer deception on the part of CNN, and the poll should be discarded. (For a detailed analysis of the poll, see "A path to impeachment.")

Out-of-touch Republicans

Unfortunately, even without a false poll to mislead them, some in the GOP leadership appear not to perceive the dangerously subversive tenure of team Obama.

Back in April, as impeachment talk was growing nationally, I took the occasion at a Western Republican Leadership Conference to hand-deliver impeachment packets to several GOP leaders who attended.

Among those I gave packets to were Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee, GOP National Chairman Reince Priebus, and a handful of congressional candidates. The packet included my March article "Do your part to impeach and remove Obama" and a few other items, including a column by Alan Keyes, a list of impeachable offenses by Obama, and a Pledge To Impeach that some of us at RenewAmerica and Dr. Keyes' Conservative Majority PAC had drawn up.

As I gave these out, I had positive conversations with these leaders or their staffers, and I felt my efforts were reasonably productive. I had an especially productive discussion with the campaign manager of a well-known congressional candidate.

I then approached our state's moderately conservative Republican governor, a longtime friend, and gave him a packet to look over and think about, expecting he'd take an interest. I was surprised at his hostile reaction: "What would you impeach him for."

Mind you, this was in the earlier stages of the growing movement to impeach Obama — before Obama's lawlessness had become widely acknowledged — and from a chief executive who was preoccupied with governing his state.

To bring him up to speed, I named off Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and few other impeachable offenses that immediately came to mind, and was met with resistance similar to that expressed by Republican House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, who told the press Obama "has not committed the kind of criminal acts that call for [impeachment]."

With his nervous bodyguard hovering close, I did my best to educate the governor, and left.

Several weeks later, when Obama's treasonable Bergdahl swap was announced to public outrage, I wondered if my friend the governor was paying enough attention to know that his question had been definitively answered.

That was six months ago, as the impeachment movement was just gaining steam. At this late point in America's crisis — with Obama's unconstitutional lawlessness unquestionably surpassing anything ever seen in our nation's politics — the growing sense among conservatives is that Obama definitely deserves impeachment.

In its July Poll, HuffPost found that fully 68 percent of Republicans favor impeachment, with 90 percent saying Obama had exceeded the limits of his constitutional authority. These numbers — undoubtedly higher now — indicate the GOP leadership, which generally opposes impeachment, is out of step with its base on so vital an issue as stopping the president's unlawful usurpation of power.

Time for GOP leaders to speak out

With Obama increasingly daring to be impeached, and a majority of Americans either supporting impeachment or being open to it, what our nation needs from the new GOP-led Congress is leadership — not "cooperation" with Obama's disastrous, transformative agenda.

Since current GOP leaders can't be relied on to do what's constitutionally required to stop the president, new members of Congress — from both chambers — need to take the lead and boldly call for impeachment hearings. They can do so even before they're sworn in, to rally conservatives in the lead-up to impeachment.

Members of the Senate who weren't up for re-election likewise need to proclaim the same message with clarity.

For the sake of their own posterity, and out of respect for the electorate who put them in office, Republican legislators need to come together and get ready for the only real option left if America is to survive in liberty: impeachment hearings that are timely and competently conducted in the glare of public scrutiny.

All that's required for this to happen is for enough Republicans in Congress who have not been misled or intimidated by the media, the Democrats, or their own leadership about Obama's treasonable actions — or who are not in denial — to speak out plainly and forcefully in favor of impeachment and removal NOW.

For starters, Senators Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Jeff Sessions, James Inhofe, Pat Roberts, and their conservative peers should immediately stand up and — in accordance with their sworn duty — demand impeachment of Barack Obama and his innermost co-conspirators, including Vice President Biden.

Likewise, Representatives Trey Gowdy, Steve King, Steve Scalise, Walter Jones, Louie Gohmert, Jim Bridenstine, Dana Rohrabacher, and other House conservatives need to do the same, undeterred by self-serving members in leadership.

Newly-elected members of both houses — including Joni Ernst, Tom Cotton, David Perdue, Ben Sasse, Thom Tillis, Cory Gardner, Dan Sullivan, Mike Rounds, James Lankford, and Shelley Moore Capito in the Senate; and Dave Brat, Mia Love, John Ratcliffe, Will Hurd, Brian Babin, Alex Mooney, Barry Loudermilk, and other new conservatives in the House — also need to show voters they're serious about holding Obama accountable for his flagrantly unlawful, dangerous actions.

Beyond conservatives in the House and Senate, Americans need to hear a harmonious chorus from our nation's conservative spokespersons calling for impeachment. In addition to those already on record as doing so — such as Sarah Palin, Alan Keyes, Tom Tancredo, Joseph Farah, Allen West, Bryan Fischer, Judge Jeanine Pirro, and others — the leadership-starved public need to hear the following respected voices unequivocally affirm the urgency to expose, impeach, and remove the usurper in a timely, decisive manner:
    Andrew McCarthy

    Richard Viguerie

    Rush Limbaugh

    Michelle Malkin

    Ann Coulter

    Sean Hannity

    Megyn Kelly

    Phyllis Schlafly

    Glenn Beck

    Dick Morris

    Tom Fitton

    Pat Buchanan

    Donald Trump

    Mike Huckabee

    Gov. Rick Perry

    Brent Bozell

    Laura Ingraham

    Dinesh D'Souza

    James Dobson

    Tony Perkins

    Jim DeMint

    Matt Hoskins

    Tom DeLay

    Floyd Brown

    Wayne LaPierre

    Ben Carson

    Cleta Mitchell

    Phil Robertson

...and others who wield influence among Republican leaders and the conservative grassroots.
Again...all that's needed for impeachment hearings to get under way — and thereby expose Obama's treasonable deeds and anti-American designs in wide-open House investigations in front of the entire country, with the prospect of convicting him in the Senate — is for enough respected conservative voices to insist on it, until Boehner, McConnell, and others in the GOP leadership are forced to act.

A matter of sacrifice and decency

Where are the professing leaders who care as much about their country as their career, acceptance, or security — or better yet, who "more than self their country love"? The public needs to hear from those who still have the decency, and courage, to take on the most lawless president in history and hold him to account — along with errant GOP officials.

Our country's future, and that of the rest of the world, hangs tenuously in the balance. Let's proceed.

A caveat

The weakest link in the above scenario is Speaker John Boehner, slated to be the president if Obama and Biden are removed. The new House of Representatives needs to give SERIOUS thought to replacing Boehner with someone capable of standing up to the administration's deceitful, fatal agenda.

For the sake of our nation's indentured posterity, as well our republic's very continuance in decent liberty, newly elected — as well as long-time — members of the House of Representatives must ensure that impeachment and removal are indeed possible, by choosing someone more attuned to the will of the people for their leader, one who might also be ours as a nation.

Under the Constitution, the Speaker does not even need to be a member of the House, so Republicans have wide latitude in choosing someone to lead the country, provisionally, during these difficult times until the 2016 election, when voters themselves can again choose a president.

Exceptional times call for exceptional measures, as well as exceptional wisdom. No matter who is chosen to replace Speaker Boehner—from within the House or from without—it’s imperative that House members take their sworn duty to preserve the Constitution seriously enough to act boldly and decisively in choosing a Speaker who could possibly be the next president.

A further caution

We end by raising again the specter of Obama's insatiable lust for power, with which we began this discussion. As we contemplate the compelling need to impeach and remove the president, consider the following exchange between Rep. Trey Gowdy and a witness before Congress in December 2013, as Rep. Gowdy wondered aloud if Obama planned to stay on indefinitely:
"If the president can fail to enforce immigration laws, can the president likewise fail to enforce election laws?" Gowdy asked of Simon Lazarus, senior counsel to the Constitutional Accountability Center, who was giving testimony.

"If you can dispense with immigration laws or marijuana laws or mandatory minimums, can you also dispense with election laws?" Gowdy asked Lazarus.

For his part, Lazarus said that Obama couldn't do such a thing. But Gowdy pressed on and asked the logical question, "Why not?"

"Because we live in a government of laws, and the president is bound to obey them and apply them," Lazarus replied.

But Gowdy wasn't to be so easily pushed off point.

"Well he's not applying the ACA, and he's not applying immigration laws, and he's not applying marijuana laws, and he's not applying mandatory minimums. What's the difference with election laws?" Gowdy asked pointedly.

Of course, all Obama's supporters blithely assure us that Obama wouldn't be so anti-American, anti-law, and anti-Constitution as to ignore his lawful duties in the way Gowdy suggests. But the fact is he's already done it dozens of times before. So, why not again?
Prudence requires that we give Obama no further opportunity to weaken or destroy the Constitution, including the prospect of imposing, with his phone and pen, a change in term limits — or otherwise unilaterally altering the rules of governance. The best way to ensure he can't do so is to remove him post-haste.

The destruction of the USA and its takeover by domestic traitor and foreign forces has been in the works for many decades. In recent history, Roger Nash Baldwin (founder of the ACLU and 'father' of many other leftist organizations) was one of the prime "leg men" in establishing the foundation for the overthrow of the USA. Of the ACLU, he said: "Communism, of course, is the goal." Although he is said to have 'recanted' that comment, he did so after too many others had discovered his real purposes. Tragically, the ACLU still remains in place. Baldwin's history is rife with his support of Soviet Russian style Marxism and only requires a brief search to pull up the actions comprising his legacy. I have provided a beginning link below.

Although many in the past have set the table for the USA's destruction, it was not until Barack Hussein Obama took the US White House as his own that the final phase began implementation. It has been extremely easy for Obama and his syndicate to "transform" (aka "dismantle and decimate") the USA from within, as the people of the country had already been conditioned to following the authority of leftist-run public (government) school systems and would buckle to any far-Left Luciferian authority's order they faced. The new mantra is "It's better to die than be called a racist, homophobe, Islamophobe"...etc. In order to prove they were none of those, a great portion of the liberal electorate voted for Obama so that they might be counted as a good guy or girl by their peers. Policies to actually help the country to proper and become freer no longer mattered...it was how the "selfie" crowd was perceived that counted. That remains true today. So...they elected Obama to assuage their 'presumed shame for forgotten past sins' and allowed him to do whatever he wanted to the country and to them. Generations are now being raised to submit to any and all leftist authority and to regurgitate their mantras and beliefs on command. To not do so would be unseemly to the indoctrinated...and, nowadays, it has become increasingly dangerous. I and others have written innumerable columns about what Obama has been doing to destroy our country. The following are but a few from the daily barrage of the Obama-Jarrett 'Articles of Enslavement' of and for the American people.

Let's take a look:

1. The FCC Commissioner is considering regulating conservative political speech and may censor and/or remove conservative websites. He indicated that the federal government (aka "ObamaGov") has an "impulse" to regulate all conservative speech. This far the US Congress – now controlled by Republicans – has still done little to nothing to stop Obama's growing anti-liberty and anti-Constitution polices

2. The forced entry into the homes of Christian conservative homeschooling parents are escalating, as leftist-run sheriffs' and police departments – effectively – engage in break-ins and warrantless searches that amount to home invasions. And, it's not just occurring in the USA...it's a globally coordinated phenomenon with the end goal of children being taught the same messages in schools worldwide

3. Obama is now bypassing Congress more and more as he solidifies his dictatorship. It's not just the Democrats that Obama and his syndicate can count on. There are many Democrat plants who have infiltrated the Republican Party and who vote fairly consistently with the Dems to enact Obama's and the NWO's polices

4. An unprecedented in it's size and scope multi-State military exercise code named Jade Helm (Joint Assistant for Deployment and Execution Homeland Eradication of Local Militants") is now proceeding. It is believed by some to be either the final exercise before the Obama-Jarrett team install Martial Law nationwide, while some say it's "nothing to worry about" (aka "move along...these aren't the droids we're looking for"). However, one governor's State involved in the "drill" isn't so certain. Governor Greg Abbott of Texas has ordered the Texas State Guard to monitor the US military's exercises to ensure the rights of Texans are not trampled

5. After Islamists attacked a Garland, Texas awards' ceremony (with AK 47s) for best cartoons depicting Muhammad, the 2 terrorists were shot and killed by a Texas police officer. The terrorists were the ones instigating it but, now even Fox News and Donald Trump are preaching the appeasement of Islam and blaming activist Pamela Geller who organized it! Catholic League's Bill Donahue blasted Geller and said that Muslims have a right to be upset! This is exactly what happened before the takeover of Europe by Nazis in WW II and now by Islam. The people of each of those newly conquered by the growing Satanic cult said Muslims should be shown respect even if they Islam didn't respect the legal citizens of the countries they invaded. You cannot appease Islam! Islam is now officially being given rights that other religions (Islam by the way is not a religion it's a world system that uses its concocted "religion" to control its people)...and it's being affected within the USA. Anything anyone does offends some Muslim somewhere. We are to be killed simply because we exist. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob works to build up and elevate His creation of humankind, while the god of Muhammad works to subjugate and destroy humans from the inside out. That isthe Islamic way...

When the leaders within a country start saying its population must make nice and not offend its enemies, you know said country is only a short time away from its final inevitable decimation. History has repeated itself over and over again with all too few appearing to grasp its messages. The war began some time ago and too few even seemed to notice. ..or cared. Make no mistake...the enemy of God and mankind is currently winning...with the help of humans, no less. Yes...the destruction of the once great USA was all too easy...because it had help from its targeted victims. We were given free will by our Creator. It's an abject shame we have used it so foolish.

"Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand" – Daniel 12: 10

This week we were forced to witness the true colors of our ultra-socialist and pro-terrorist President Barack Hussein Obama again. Fresh off of his capitulation to his Muslim brothers in Tehran with regard to the sham nuclear negotiations that threaten the annihilation of not just Israel but also our own country, he seized the opportunity at the Summit of the Americas in Panama City, Panama, to advance his dastardly plan to open full diplomatic relations with the Communist island of Cuba. Shaking the hands of brutal and blood-thirsty dictator Raul Castro, the younger brother of Fidel Castro, a man who has waged his own version of the Holocaust against his people since the early 1960s when he seized power, Obama later in the week removed Cuba from the list of terrorist nations. Fidel and Raul Castro, the terrorist-supporting dictators, even installed Soviet nuclear weapons on the island only to be forced to remove them later under President Kennedy’ naval blockade and the threat of a full-fledged nuclear strike by the United States. But, what makes matters worse is that Obama received nothing in return from his Communist friends.
This is typical of Obama. He is a communist and a Muslim (who gives preferential treatment to Muslims over Judeo-Christian values) at heart and has acted accordingly over the last six years since he and his administration cleverly seized power over We the People by passing himself off as an amiable mainstream liberal, a Christian and someone who is a natural born citizen eligible to be president. Notwithstanding the ever-growing list of Obama scandals, from IRS-gate, to Benghazi-gate, to Fast and Furious-gate, to NSA/CIA-gate, to Obamacare-gate, to Amnesty-gate and many others – where he has ignored and defied the power of Congress and subverted not just the Constitution but also the rule of law time and time again, King Hussein is now on the verge doing such permanent traitorous damage to our national security that he should be removed from office for this alone.
Indeed, if Obama were a white man, a la President Nixon, he would have been impeached and forced to resign by now. (And Nixon was at least a patriot.) But Obama and many of his henchmen, like Attorney General Eric Holder, a true fellow criminal and racist, know well how to play the so-called race card. Criticize him in any way and this amounts to an attack upon not just him but his “people.”

Given “opposition” Republican fears that they will be tarred as racist in time for the next presidential elections (on top of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton calling them sexist), Obama thus has reason to believe that he has carte blanche to do as he pleases; and doing as he pleases means deconstructing the nation to pay reparations in the form of higher taxes and other socialist programs the white middle and upper class is forced in particular to bear, and to reduce the power of the United States to ash. In doing the latter, either by design or otherwise, Obama has not only furthered a Muslim caliphate in the Middle East and around the world, but now is waging a revival of and opening the door to communism in our own hemisphere, something former Democratic presidents, including even the dunce Jimmy Carter, never had the “chutzpah” to do.
It is thus time for Republicans, sincere Democrats (perhaps an oxymoron) and independents in Congress to act. The nation comes first, and the heritage of our Founding Fathers and the free nation they bequeathed to us is at stake. We simply cannot sit back for another two years, hoping that King Hussein will leave office peacefully, waiting for a new day when We the People have a president who loves and wants to protect our country and acts accordingly. By that time, more than irreparable damage will have been done to the state of the nation.
Articles of impeachment must now be drafted and presented to the House of Representatives. Republicans and other representatives can no longer be allowed to hide for cover on fear of being branded racists and sexists. Presidents Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached for far less – the latter over an intern named Monica Lewinsky. Our nation’s representatives have a legal and moral obligation not to leave this traitor in office one minute longer. They must be forced by We the People to act, on threat of having themselves rooted from their elitist establishment congressional perches and leave office. The president of the United States is an insidious traitor, plain and simple. He is worse than Benedict Arnold during Revolutionary War days, particularly since more is at stake and we have even more to lose in today’s nuclear and terrorist age.
It is not acceptable for Obama to coddle communist and Muslim demagogues and dictators, and much worse further their interests by reintroducing communism to the Western hemisphere in the case of Cuba and allowing Iranian fanatics in Tehran to acquire the nuclear weapons to destroy and, at a minimum, blackmail us as well as the rest of Western civilization into submission to their Islamic caliphate.
If our representatives cannot and will not do their jobs and get rid of this dangerous scourge now occupying the Oval Office, then We the People will need to rise up and legally get the job done!

The Texas ISIS attack was not averted owing to US “human intelligence” deficit

The two gunmen who Sunday, May 3, tried - and failed - to shoot up an exhibit of caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, northeast of Dallas, sounded a wakeup call for US counter-terrorism agencies - even before the Islamic State warned that this first attack on US soil would not be its last. Both homegrown Islamist terrorists were shot dead. But the incident betrayed the “human intelligence” weakness of US and Western agencies – a shortage of undercover agents to mingle in communities which may produce terrorists.

DEBKAfile: Iran broke the law of the sea by seizing a cargo ship in international waters. However, Washington is not making a fuss so as not to put a spoke in the wheel of nuclear negotiations.

Ed Miliband
Ed Miliband / AP
BY: Daniel Wiser
The leaders of both major political parties in the British general election on Thursday have indicated that they would shirk an active role in addressing international security issues, marking a further decline in a once robust defense alliance with the United States, analysts say.
In a rare foreign policy speech last month, Ed Miliband, leader of the Labour Party, criticized David Cameron, the Conservative prime minister, for having “presided over the biggest loss of influence for our country in a generation.” Cameron is perceived as having largely focused on domestic issues as prime minister while subordinating the world’s pressing security crises. He accepted cuts to Britain’s defense budget in order to lower the deficit, was absent from the Minsk negotiations in February regarding Ukraine’s conflict with Russia, and was slow to support the United States in striking the Islamic State terrorist group in Iraq.
Yet Miliband himself is unlikely to be more assertive on foreign affairs if Labour is able to form a ruling coalition. When asked earlier this year whether he would be tough enough to pressure President Vladimir Putin of Russia on the Kremlin’s support for separatists in eastern Ukraine, he responded “Hell, yes” and cited his resistance to another world leader—President Barack Obama. He helped sink a 2013 proposal in Parliament to launch airstrikes in Syria against President Bashar al-Assad’s regime with the United States, which also backed out after congressional opposition.
Analysts in Washington say they are pessimistic that either Cameron or Miliband will recommit to what was formerly known as Britain’s “special relationship” with the United States.
“The real danger is both are likely to not put a priority on keeping the special relationship all that special,” said Gary Schmitt, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute who researches Europe and security issues. “The cuts in Britain’s military have left its conventional forces in such a small state that they are no longer thought to be, sort of, your natural partner.”
Britain has joined most other NATO countries in reducing its defense spending over recent years. While it currently meets the NATO target of spending 2 percent of its GDP on the military, that might not last for long. The Royal United Services Institute projects that Britain could spend just 1.7 percent of its GDP on defense by 2020. Such a low figure would hamper Britain’s ability to continue the close military ties it has had with the United States since World War II, Schmitt said.
Russia, by contrast, has boosted its defense expenditures to more than 4 percent of GDP, according to World Bank data. Putin appears intent on using that military advantage to serve his interests. The Kremlin illegally annexed the Crimean peninsula in Ukraine in March 2014 and has since supported an insurgency in the eastern part of the country, sparking a war that has claimed more than 6,000 lives.
Neither Britain nor the European Union (EU) are prepared to take a harder line against Russia for its destabilization of Ukraine, said Tom Rogan, a Washington-based writer for London’s Daily Telegraph. EU officials, including representatives from London, recently urged Ukraine to uphold its commitments in the Minsk ceasefire agreement and to avoid giving Russia an excuse to escalate its support for the separatists. However, the officials admit that the Kremlin has committed more blatant violations of the Minsk accord than Ukraine.
U.S. Air Force Gen. Philip Breedlove, NATO’s top commander, said last month that the Russian-backed separatists appear to preparing for a new offensive in eastern Ukraine.
Rogan said Britain and the EU have been “very selfish” in their lack of efforts to aid Ukraine and deter Russia.
“The Europeans have become accustomed to the United States subsidizing their social welfare states by taking the role as guarantor of their security,” he said. He added that Britain has been reluctant to challenge Russian elites who hold significant assets in London and provide capital to the British economy.
Other domestic issues could prompt Britain’s next prime minister to turn his focus inward. Cameron has promised to hold a referendum on Britain’s membership in the EU by the end of 2017 if his party wins. The referendum fight could occupy a large portion of Cameron’s time in the next two years should he prevail.
Neither the Conservative Party nor the Labour Party is expected to attain more than a third of votes on Thursday, making protracted negotiations to form a governing coalition likely.
If Miliband gains the upper hand, he might have to partner with the Scottish National Party (SNP) to form a ruling coalition. The SNP favors breaking Scotland apart from the United Kingdom and scrapping Britain’s nuclear defense program—divisive issues that would further divert the prime minister’s attention from foreign affairs and alienate Britain from the United States.
Miliband has also expressed support for recognizing a Palestine state—another position at odds with longstanding U.S. policy.
Schmitt said the United States also deserves some blame for its growing detachment from Britain on defense issues. Obama signaled early in his presidency that “these transatlantic ties are probably less important than in the past” when he returned a bust of Winston Churchill to the British ambassador to the United States, Schmitt said.
“It’s somewhat of a pox on both houses,” he said. “Europe isn’t doing enough and the Obama administration doesn’t seem to care.”

Obama weighs giving Riyadh bunker buster bombs

US Secretary of State John Kerry was set to offer Saudi Arabia GBU-28 bunker buster bombs during his visit Wednesday and Thursday to Riyadh. Washington has so far only been willing to provide Israel with those weapons. Kerry’s mission is to ease regional fears over the nuclear deal shaping up with Iran by the June 30 deadline – ahead of the Gulf summit convened by President Obama at Camp David on May 13. However, Saudi leaders, like the rest of the Sunni Arab world, doubt whether the deal will stop Tehran acquiring a nuclear bomb.
Washington is leading the discussion to set up a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System (THAAD) to shield the Gulf nations and their oil resources.

Megyn Kelly: If This Is Where We Stand On Free Speech, 'the Jihadis Are Officially Winning'

Fox News Channel host Megyn Kelly responded to much of the criticism of the Mohammed Art Exhibit and Contest by saying, “If this is where American sentiment stands on this issue, then the jihadis are officially winning” on Wednesday.
Kelly said that the participants in and organizers of the event “were trying to make a point about intolerance by some in the Muslim world, and about principles on which the USA is supposed to stand firm. Namely, that no matter how abhorrent one might find another’s words, in this country, we defend their right to say them. Standing up for that principle is not an endorsement of the controversial speech. It is promoting a value at the very core of who we are. The group holding this contest was not on TV shouting its message. It was holding a private event behind closed doors to make a point about liberty.”
She continued, “Sure enough, the jihadis responded and were shot dead by a quick-reacting police officer on scene. Incredibly, what has happened in the days since is a rush to condemn the event organizers with nary a mention of the radical Islamists who sought to murder them over a cartoon… Over the last 72 hours, we have heard the event organizers condemned for being too provocative, too stupid, even for inviting their own attempted murder.”
Kelly concluded, “If this is where American sentiment stands on this issue, then the jihadis are officially winning. The terrorists’ point was to shut us up, not just the organizers of this event, but any American who deigns to disagree with their way of life or thinking. There may be a time and place to discuss whether this kind of discourse is helpful to our country, to our fight with the jihadis, and so on. But within hours of an attempted murder of the very folks under attack? The reaction is, ‘Well, you asked for it.’ Well, they did not ask for it. In this country, we have every right to say what we want to say about Mohammed, or anyone else for that matter. And the rest of society can condemn this group’s speech as a matter of decorum, but how about waiting a beat until the crime scene has been cleared? Lest we appear more concerned about offending Islam than we are about a fundamental pledge we’ve all taken, namely liberty for all.”
