French President Francois Hollande is meeting with his Cabinet ministers Monday as France focuses on security measures following last week's deadly terror attacks in Paris. Later in the week, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will go to France for talks on countering extremist violence in a visit he announced Monday.
