WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A former FBI special agent accused of trying to break into two intelligence agencies was too uncooperative to appear in court on Tuesday.
A judge committed Tunisia Davis to 30 days in a federal medical center for a psychiatric evaluation with the possibility of a 15 day extension, WUSA9's Andrea McCarren reported.
According to court documents. Davis tried to enter the National Security Agency and had a strange encounter with officers there last Thursday. When that didn't work, a BOLO (be on the lookout) was put out on her car. Then, that car turned up at CIA headquarters in McLean.
Security officers on site took her into custody. They say Davis changed her story several times about why she was there and made threats against officers.
According to the affidavit, when officers took her into custody Davis told them that she wanted to die of police brutality and that's why she approached the highly secured gates. She threatened to kill everyone around her if only she could get an officer's gun, according to the document. According to officials in the document, Davis went on to say that if she could strap a bomb to herself she would "blow everyone up."
She is charged with assaulting CIA officers. Following her arrest, she was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation, according to the affidavit.

Court documents show a former FBI agent, who showed up at both CIA headquarters and the NSA last week, said she wanted to "die by police brutality" and threatened to blow everyone up. VPC
A former FBI agent went on a bizarre rampage last week that included visits to the and headquarters, NBC reported.
Neither the FBI nor the CIA responded to requests for comment late Monday night.
NBC reported a court affidavit it obtained said Tunisia Davis was arrested last Thursday after driving to the main gate of the CIA headquarters in , that afternoon, passing one officer who tried to stop her before a second officer was able to block her path.
Earlier Thursday, Davis showed up to the door of the National Security Agency in Maryland and told NSA police that she "wanted to know what they would do if she showed up," NBC reported.
Davis was placed in the custody of U.S. Marshals and was scheduled to appear Tuesday in federal court in , NBC reported.
Davis' Facebook page includes video in which she declares she is running for president of the United States and also says that if the president is limited to two terms, members of Congress must be as well.
The page does not list former employment at the FBI but does say that she graduated from and that she is currently a "change agent" at MahoganyChange.org. The website address leads to a Facebook page that also includes videos by Davis in which she decries police brutality and hails inclusion.
Davis referred to herself as Mahogany in conversations with CIA officers, NBC reported.
Derek Delgadillo, who told NBC he was Davis' landlord, described her as a "nice person."
"She's one of the people I met in this country who wants to fight for what is right," Delgadillo told NBC.
