During his speech Mr Fallon also dismissed claims that Britain and Russia had made plans for "collaboration" over bombing campaigns against Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria and Iraq.
Striking a more confrontational tone the Defence Secretary said there had been a "resurgence in Russian aggression" over the last five years which is threatening Western security. 
He said: "This attempt in the Crimea and Ukraine to change international borders by force, the constant pressure on the Baltic states, the increase in long range aviation, the increase in submarine activity, means we have to regard now, sadly, Russia as more of a competitor and a threat that we have to take measures against, not least because of the increase in their own defence spending both on nuclear and conventional forces.” 
"So, yes, Russian aggression is something we have to counter and the Russian threat is something we cannot ignore."
Third Eyewitness To San Bernardino Shooting Says It Wasn’t ‘Terror Couple’ Who Carried Out Attack: 
Several eyewitnesses and family of witnesses and victims initially said that three athletic Caucasian men had been responsible for carrying out the attacks. 
Police immediately banned them from speaking with the media.
Just days ago, another eye-witness in the office came forward and said that in spite of what the law enforcement and mainstream medianarrative is saying, the people who carried out the attack where very athletic, large, Caucasian men, who were three – not two – in number. Farook’s wife, it should be remembered weighed approximately 90lbs.
Now, a third prominent eye-witness, Chirs Nwadike, has stepped up to challenge the mainstream narrative. He recently told reporters he received a phone call from an unknown person around 7 p.m., on the evening of the shooting, who told him that he must say that Sayd Farook was the shooter.
You read that right, he says that he was called and told to change his story and say that Farook carried out the attacks with his wife, even though that is very different than what he witnessed.

Back in January of 2015, three Russians were charged with spying with 1 arrested in New York. We also learned from the NY Post back in January that a Russian espionage ring working in America was trying to recruit college co-eds and other New York women to serve as Russian intelligence sources. The history of Russia using women as spies is legendary and while we're unable to prove these young ladies are indeed spies for Russia or in any way involved with what happened in San Bernardino, the 1st video below looks into these mysterious Russian woman a bit more. 

Two of the other issues that caught our attention involving this were the continuous reports of "3 athletic, tall men" as the 'real' San Bernardino shooters and previous reports of Russian Spetsnaz and 'grey terror' in America. Additionally, the fact that the two Russian women were running a business selling cell phone supplies fits right into another possibly huge terrorism related story we're watching right now. As WND reported today, there are huge gaps in the official San Bernardino story including the 3rd shooter, the possible role of CAIR and and the lack of video tape from inside the building... 
Is there a Russian intelligence link to the San Bernardino shooting or is it just a coincidence that these two men who were very close to the shooter just happened to marry Russian women who were sisters?
