M.N.: I do not think that this "manifesto" is authentic. Stylistically it feels somewhat "wooden" and not very natural or genuine for the 21 y.o. from today's American South, it is idiomatically dull and colorless. In this sentence the two comas separating "alone" are used in accordance with the syntactic rule of Russian language: " I am not in the position to , alone, go into the ghetto and fight." Overall, it feels that it was written and translated  (well) by the original Russian speakers. Most likely it was produced and placed on the web post factum, after the killings, with "typos" placed deliberately, to suggest that it was written in a hurry (which actually it might have been, but not likely by D.S. Roof). Photos might have been prepared in advance and kept in a stash. Name is suggestive and telling: "Dylann Storm Roof" might suggest: You, poet (Bob Dylan or Dylan Thomas): "Storm the Roof" - do your
